He graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 2010 and obtained an LL.M. in International Finance from UCL in 2011. Passionate about computer science and innovation, after starting his career at Chiomenti, in 2018 he founded WizKey, one of the first European start-ups to focus on blockchain-based tokenization. In 2022 he won the Peres Heritage Initiative Award at the Ambrosetti Forum in Cernobbio. Since 2025, he has been CEO of LIDIA, with the goal of applying Large Language Models to the legal sector.

A lawyer for over 25 years, 23 of which spent at BonelliErede, where he became a Partner in 2006. He has worked in M&A, commercial contracts, corporate litigation, governance, internal controls, compliance, and internal investigations. Driven by his passion for technology and the insight to transform legal services through generative AI, in 2024 he founded VECTIS.

Specialized in international law, in 2012 she joined the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations department of the international law firm Allen & Overy, where she worked on civil, commercial, and financial litigation. Over time, she focused on internal investigations, collaborating with leading criminal law firms. Emanuela is a co-founder of Lidia, bringing her legal expertise and legal services into a new technological dimension through the concrete application of AI.

With 20 years of experience in IT, Luca is a passionate Technology Leader, well recognized and deeply connected to both the Italian and international innovation ecosystems. He has served as CTO in innovative startups and scale-ups, leading multidisciplinary teams in the development of AI- and cloud-based solutions. Today he is the CTIO of Lidia, where he supports the company’s technology evolution powered by AI.

Janos has many years of experience in machine learning, generative AI, and software architecture. He has led advanced projects in Computer Vision, Big Data, Generative AI, and MLOps, both in corporate environments and within the open-source community. He has been an AWS Community Builder for five years, co-organizer of the [Gen]AI Meetup in Milan, and an active technical evangelist.

At LIDIA, Janos contributes to the development of advanced AI solutions, bringing strategic vision and strong execution capabilities to the startup’s most challenging projects.
